Kach Medina Umandap, a Filipina travel vlogger, has achieved what many consider the pinnacle of globetrotting—visiting all 195 countries using her Philippine passport.

A New Mission: Exploring the Philippines

After conquering every corner of the globe, Kach now sets her sights closer to home. Her latest adventure involves traveling across all 82 provinces in the Philippines.

“As I mentioned in my vlog, why work from home when you can work from anywhere?” Kach shared during an interview with Raffy Tima for State of the Nation.

The Journey Began at 20

At just 20 years old, Kach left the Philippines to work as an overseas Filipino worker (OFW). By 2013, her passion for exploring the world had taken hold, and she embarked on her first backpacking trips.

“Eventually, visiting all seven continents became my goal,” she said in Filipino.

Her travel story began with Kuwait as her first international destination, and it culminated in Sudan, which had only recently reopened to travelers.

“I got my clearance and went to Sudan last week,” she shared about completing her incredible journey.

Coming Home with a Purpose

Back in her homeland, Kach’s new mission is to visit every province in the Philippines.

“I’m excited to explore all provinces and inspire young Filipinos to start their own journeys early,” she said.
